Hello, I’m Trishan Haughton, the founder of Calm Body Collective. My journey into the world of wellness started as a personal quest for balance and healing. Like many, I found myself overwhelmed by the demands of life—physically drained and mentally exhausted. It was during this time that I turned to Yoga and Ayurveda, and these ancient practices completely transformed my life. The peace, clarity, and vitality I experienced became the foundation of my journey—and I felt called to help others do the same.
My Story:
After experiencing the profound healing effects of yoga and Ayurveda, I decided to dive deeper into both practices. I sought formal training in Yoga Therapy and Ayurvedic principles, and what started as a personal practice soon evolved into my life’s work. I realized that what was missing for so many people, including myself, was a holistic, supportive approach to health—one that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit as a whole.
My Approach:
I believe in the power of personalized guidance. Everyone is unique, and so are their wellness needs. My goal is to meet you where you are—whether you’re new to yoga, seeking emotional balance, or recovering from physical injury.
